Sun Down in SF

Taken: 2004 Location: San Francisco, CA

Buildings Near Embarcadero

The reason I took this picture is, because I am fascinated with commercial architecture and city landscapes. It is always very interesting to see how the building begins to change color as the sun goes down. The shadows that are cast from one building to another. The reflection of images and light from building that have large windows. The vertical lines reaching for the sky. The diversity of age, style, and height.

Since I don't currently own a wide angle lenses I am always looking to the most interesting shot I can capture with the limitations of my camera. This is often a big challenge when shooting in the City because you can only back up so far before you run in to the building behind you.
